Shipping and customs clearing
We arrange the shipment of your vehicle from the UK to Zambia and handle the customs clearing. Every charge is agreed in writing before you pay.
- Sourcing — We find and buy the vehicle you have chosen from a UK seller.
- Shipping — We arrange the shipment from the UK to Zambia and keep you updated.
- Customs clearing — We handle the clearing into Zambia so the vehicle can be released to you.
- Delivery to you — Handover arrangements are agreed with you in advance.
Import duty and taxes
Import duty and taxes are paid by the buyer. They depend on the vehicle type, age and engine size and are set by the Zambia Revenue Authority, so they can change. We can give you an estimate; the final figure is the one charged on clearing.
Registration in Zambia
You are responsible for making sure the vehicle can be registered and used in Zambia. Ask us about a specific vehicle before you commit.
Prices and payment
We give you a written quote for the vehicle, shipping and clearing, and tell you who the seller is, before you pay anything. We will never tell you our bank details have changed by message alone. If you get one, confirm it with us on WhatsApp before you send money.
