1. Who we are

This website is run by UKAF Cargo Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Zambia (registration number 120261048100), registered office 2401/B Chimanga Road, IBEX, Lusaka, Zambia. Contact: [email protected], or by WhatsApp using the button on this site.

2. Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You must be at least 18 to contact us about buying a vehicle. The site is aimed at buyers in Zambia; it is not directed at consumers in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, and you cannot buy anything through it. Purchases are only made by separate written agreement.

3. Listings are information, not an offer

The vehicles shown on this website are for information only. A listing is not an offer to sell and does not create a contract. Any sale is agreed with you separately, in writing, after you contact us.

Prices, specifications, mileage, photographs and availability can change or be wrong, and a vehicle may already have been sold. Photographs are illustrative. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Please confirm everything with us before relying on it, and inspect the vehicle (or have it inspected) before you pay.

4. Our role

We help buyers find and buy vehicles that are owned by third parties, and we then arrange shipment. Our charges are for sourcing and checking a vehicle, for the sale, for shipping and for customs clearing, and we will tell you each charge in writing before you pay. Before any payment we will also tell you who the seller is and who you are contracting with. We do not guarantee the condition, roadworthiness, mileage history or title of any vehicle beyond what we state to you in writing.

5. Importing a vehicle

If you buy a vehicle to bring into Zambia, you are responsible for import duty, taxes, licensing, inspection, registration and any conformity requirements that apply. Figures we quote for shipping or duty are estimates unless confirmed in writing, and duty rules change. We recommend using a licensed clearing agent. Vehicles and services are subject to export, import and sanctions laws, and we may refuse a sale where the law requires.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site unlawfully or in breach of Zambian law, including laws on computer misuse and cyber security;
• try to gain access to areas of the site you are not authorised to use, including the staff area, or to interfere with, overload or attack the site;
• copy or harvest the site's content in bulk (for example with automated tools) without our written permission;
• send us material that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or that you have no right to share.

The staff area is for authorised staff only. Access is monitored and misuse may be reported to the authorities.

7. Intellectual property and takedown

The design of this website, our name and logo, and our own text are owned by us or our licensors. Photographs and descriptions of vehicles come from sellers or third-party sources and remain the property of their owners; they are shown to help you assess a vehicle, and you may not reuse them commercially.

If you own something on this site and believe it has been used without permission, email [email protected] with what it is, where it appears and how we can reach you. We will look into it promptly and remove it where it is justified.

8. Communications

We may communicate with you by WhatsApp and email. You agree that electronic messages and records can be relied on as evidence, as recognised under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2021. Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as identity documents or bank details) over WhatsApp until we have agreed a secure way to do so. 9. Links to other sites

This site links to other services, including WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and it does not remove any right you have under Zambian consumer protection law (including the Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2010). Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from your reliance on a listing before confirming it with us, from the website being unavailable, or from errors on the website. The website is provided "as is".

11. Suspending access

We may suspend or block access to the site if you break these terms or we need to for security or maintenance.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy, please tell us first at [email protected] and we will try to put it right. You may also contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission of Zambia, or the courts.

13. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them or the site, are governed by the laws of Zambia and the courts of Zambia have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

14. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
